This annual fee includes me installing the software on your site, setting it to send you a monthly backup, and providing you with instructions on how to make a backup file should you ever want to create a backup file manually. It also includes annual upgrades of the software (to assure it works seamlessly with your browser and WordPress site, as they upgrade). There is no obligation to continue this service, and you may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
In the event your website goes down (several things can actually cause this to happen), your website could be restored typically within 24-48 hours using your most recent backup file.
